Pack with Care

Ensure the hand dryer is placed in its original packaging with all mounting hardware, manuals, and protective inserts to prevent damage during transit.

Ship to Warehouse

Affix the provided return label to the exterior of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location; we recommend obtaining a tracking number for your records.

Inspection and Refund

Once our technicians verify the unit's condition, we will process your refund or ship your replacement unit within 5 to 7 business days.
